      Good people so you enjoy your work relationships Small company that does not feel hierarchical Not too much pressure so you have freedom to write good code without being rushed No layoffs unless you are unprofessional or bad at your job You can speak to the senior devs, the President, the manager without a problem. Everyone is down to earth.

      Pros

      The supervisor was very helpful and always willing to teach me new things. They were supportive, patient, and always available to answer any questions I had. It was a great environment for learning and improving my technical skills.

      Cons

      Project documentation and instructions could be improved to make it easier for new interns to understand exactly what needs to be done.
