      Interview is easy but ... you'll see why very soon

      Cons

      It seems they don't have enough money to hire but it doesn't stop them to print out full time permanent offers. The president is a cheap player who just want to survive by using good and educated young professionals. Keep this company as the last resort option to protect yourself.

      Pros

      Good people so you enjoy your work relationships Small company that does not feel hierarchical Not too much pressure so you have freedom to write good code without being rushed No layoffs unless you are unprofessional or bad at your job You can speak to the senior devs, the President, the manager without a problem. Everyone is down to earth.

      Old tech, technical debt, lack of structure
