fully remote so no ability to be in office - but we do annual retreats!

Leadership is phenomenal! Not only do they invest in their employees from a career perspective, but they genuinely care about you as a person and your personal life. They want the entire team to succeed and are willing to go above and beyond to provide resource and make that investment in their employees.

To quote the famous Michael Scott, "Well, my weaknesses are actually strengths. I work too hard, I care too much, and sometimes I can be too invested in my job." That pretty much sums up any negatives about ConstantHire, there aren't any!!!
