Overall.. Ok - Creative Content Editor (Redakteur) Constantin Entertainment Employee Review

Company insists on decent manners, good behavior and good relations between employees, which is nice. You can learn something, especially about TV formats. It is like TV factory, fast and cheap product, not necessarily quality product.

Because of bad management of company we worked for more than a month on scripts which were NOT legally authorized from another company. We had less time for making longer shows - as we knew how colleagues in Germany, Poland, Greece and Croatia had been working the same show.

Colleagues and maybe the fact that you get to travel every now and then

Bad Salary (probably one of the lowest in entire Munich), Working hours, work atmosphere (no one seems to be proud of working at constantin entertainment and no one seems to enjoy producing the formats they do, except maybe Shopping Queen), CEOs because they do not have any contact to employees and they could not care less about their horrible working conditions. This only creates an atmosphere were people only look on their own interest. Theres no company culture.
