Pros
Not much good to say here, the pay is more than any other escort position I've found, the commute was decent and you got paid for your on call days when there was no work to be done

COMMUNICATION! These people have no idea how to communicate with their employees, when you work 80 hours and only get paid for 8 you shouldn't have to make 5 different phone calls to get it fixed. In the event of inclement weather there should be predefined procedures on if employees do or don't report to work. Again communicate with your employees, if the contract gets bought out by another company don't wait until the last minute to tell your employees you lost the contract and to start looking for new jobs, we shouldn't have to be contacted by the company that won the contract to be informed that unless we sign on with them then we're of a job
