Accountability of work is trusted hence motivates employees to work better without being micromanaged. Salary and perks are good much better than the market. Great work place with very approachable,open-minded colleagues and management. There is no concept of "working under" as everyone "works with" each other. - good team work Good work life balance. Low attrition rate.

Organizational structure is flat so there is no growth in position even though the there is good increments and bonus. Very product oriented technology is used, which does not help much when you look for jobs in other companies later.

A great working environment. Management encourages creativity. Lots of travel to interesting places.
