Pros
- Flexibility is one of the big + point in this company. You need to workout the project well no matter where you are located. - Technical well-versed manager which is crucial for career development/growth as there will be reasonable timeline for your project (not having BS where you have to build a ML model in 1 month and get it into production kind of nonsense unless it's really POC).
Cons
- Constructor is kind of "start-up" concept which they are still working out a lot of the stuff like HR,Finance and company full road map. - Ambiguous environment for new comer and it can be overwhelming where a lot of the information you will need to ask by yourself and is not properly documented.
