Pros
Good learning opportunities especially in the early years. The environment was collaborative and supportive when it came to helping teams grow. A solid place to start your career and build foundational skills.
Cons
Salary increments are consistently delayed by 3–4 months with no back-payment for the gap period. Over time, salary disbursement itself started slipping, often being paid as late as the 20th of the month. There is a clear double standard in how rules and policies are applied; expectations are enforced strictly on junior employees while upper management and HR are held to a different standard. Internal politics also became an issue over time, making the environment less merit-based than it initially appeared.
