The Pay was could have been stronger

There was not a single good thing about working here other than the experience to put on my resume.

CEO is extremely unorganized. While it is a start up, I did unpaid work for him past the date of my contract, and he was awful at answering emails regarding the work HE wanted me to do. He would ignore me for days, and then pretend he never saw my emails. He has no idea how to run a company, and does not treat employees fairly as he said I would see some sort of compensation and then never received any.
