      Pros

      Happy environment - no toxicity and loads of opportunities for time off with family if targets are met. Supportive and knowledgeable senior management who listen and implement feedback quickly. Rewarding regular incentives - goals are achievable and they do not move the goal posts. Everyone works together towards a common goal

      Cons

      There are not many negatives but if I had to pick, would be limited microwaves for lunch times however I know that is something that is already being worked on with the expansion.

      - Amazing staff incentives (including back office workers) - Approachable directors no matter the query - Regular food vans paid for by company - Everyone is really respectful of each other no matter the job title - Truly feel valued working here - Early finishes

      Early finish in Fridays December off if on target

      Cons

      High retention rate if you weren't with the "group" that went from utility wise to GAP to here they don't want to know you basically and wont bother helping you grow they actually encourage scare tactics to make sales
