- Amazing staff incentives (including back office workers)
- Approachable directors no matter the query
- Regular food vans paid for by company
- Everyone is really respectful of each other no matter the job title
- Truly feel valued working here
- Early finishes
High retention rate if you weren't with the "group" that went from utility wise to GAP to here they don't want to know you basically and wont bother helping you grow they actually encourage scare tactics to make sales
