Consultus are a highly professional team and I am proud and honoured to be a part of that team. I joined Consultus in 2008, working an average of 6 months each year, and have experienced nothing but positive work ethics and absolute efficiency. I love caring for people and helping them enjoy their lives as fully as possible, it gives me immense satisfaction. On top of my enjoyment of the work, I get paid a good wage plus board and lodging, very often in beautiful houses. Plus I get to meet the most interesting people! My daughter has followed me in my footsteps and is also very happy working with the Consultus team!
Cons
I honestly cannot think of even one downside, everything is so well organised and arranged for us carers! I feel extremely lucky that my path crossed Consultus, before I joined them I was 3 years with another agency which did not work too well as that previous agency was really below par regarding professionalism and efficiency.
