      Pros

      Senior team are quite competent, as well as junior staff. Accounts well resourced. Experience is reflective of clients more often than not - luck of the draw

      Cons

      Mid-level are underperforming. Partner level is extremely inadequate. Partners need to either be gaining new business or understanding quality - most don't do either. Also clear politics at the top of the company that trickles down.

      - Toxic hire and fire working culture - Neocolonial practices implicitly and explicitly framing Arabs (clients and staff) as backwards and uncivilized and in need of their support
