Management is very secretive and shady. Toxic positivity to the point of detriment to employees. You cannot question them or their decisions nor express concern without fearing for your job. They are known to fire people for it and use the excuse saying it's not a culture fit. They don't value performance, just willingness to blindly follow leadership.
