Pros
The benefits are great. 401k match, healthcare is great. There are a great number of people who work here that are easy to work with. It can be great. Decent PTO, and thanks to the State of Michigan they have Paid Sick Leave. If you work at their headquarters there are a lot of perks like a great espresso machine, gym, and more. There are fun events for all employees and lots of great gifts given to employees throughout the year. Most employees are upbeat and positive and make great friends.
Cons
The culture is quietly declining due to the size of the company. Money is becoming the driving factor behind most decisions, and a few powerful egos are running most of the show. Trust for HR is low. Attrition is rising due to the culture decline.
