      Pros

      Great benefits, good work/life balance, and I’ve never had a bad supervisor (they’ve all been great). Great focus on safety, DEI, mental health.

      Cons

      Measly annual bonus…but all of the benefits outweigh this con, I just don’t consider it as something to incentivize me.

      Pros

      Very friendly people always willing to help. Benefits are decent with a focus on safety and health. Flexible in-office, 3 days a week. Lots of opportunities to make a difference!

      Cons

      There are some pockets of negativity from long-term employees who are struggling to adapt to change.
