Cons
- Even with the best line feeding and training, the results still varied: it's the most dificult sales position I've ever held, and I made it through both aspects of training onto the sales floor. - No one has a filter: the profanity use is the most I've ever experienced in a "professional" environment, to the point the customers can hear the background noise on the phone... - In continuation from the above: the unedited rap music could be heard on the phone as well. It was like checking into a club for 8 hours. - While upper level VP's pushed the sexual harrasment policy and told us men to be men and protect the women against potential threats by reporting behavior... when you get on the floor the supervisory and management staff have a level of communication that make you wonder if there is a sexual harrasment policy. Perhaps being veterans and having a lengthy tenure made them become comfortable with each other but it doesn't set the right tone for new employees. - In addition to the above, you are trading one extreme for the other. You're IQ tested twice in your interview and drug tested to make the cut, however, that's traded for an unprofessional atmosphere...
