      Great team of techs Get to use and learn lots of systems Management will back you up when clients get abusive/abrasive.

      Cons

      Overbearing rigid management, does not ever want to hear what anyone has to say. If asked your honest opinion, do not give it.

      Highly skilled teammates to learn from. Fun variety of customers to support. Small team. Lots to learn and be included with.

      Cons

      Repetitive projects. High stress emphasis on technician utilization. Stagnant growth and personal development due to lack of realistic opportunities. Low comp.

      Non-Management staff are all friendly.

      Cons

      Management has unrealistic expectations for "billable" time There is no documented pay structure Anyone asking about this is met with hostility Compensation isn't even close to industry average. Constant micromanaging No respect for employees personal time
