Pros
CCC's operations management is the strongest I have ever seen. The only reason why this company is surviving is because of operations. Corporate staff does not do anything. Their SVP, Aditya Anand is the core reason why they are still meeting KPIs and profitability. The company will collapse once he and a few other expats leave.
Cons
Corporate Management does not work. Lots of issues in HR..CEO overlooks these issues since most of the people in corporate are Saudis.
