Pros
The flexibility of working from home
Cons
Management is shotty at best. They’re are constantly hemorrhaging clients because the CEO is a whiny man with no plan who throws fits like a toddler. Instead of building up the workforce to be where he would want (as if he had the skill), he just looks for “gotcha” moments to shake and abuse them with his power trips. They fire employees they do not like, especially those that have a voice for themselves. My direct report did not by any means support me in my role. There were times when I didn’t speak to him for weeks other than a good morning. Systems failed, reporting and analytics was always inaccurate, honesty was kept at a minimum. The expectations of the job performance did not match the pay and upper management was fully aware of this! The worst part is everyone there is related, dating, married, or family friends. If you can survive an abusive workplace with no stable direction go for it, otherwise avoid this place with your life.
