Pros

Constant overtime due to low staffing

Cons

! Company only offers a week of training even when agents are open with the fact that they are not ready ! My first week there were so many IT issues less than half of us made it to the floor ! There are employees here over a year only making $12.50/hr in positions higher than me ! IT can take over a day to call you back, and when they do they state that they fixed the issue and you have the same issue the next day ! We have to take credit card payments and our black out never works and then we have to tell our sup and every time and then they have to have the call deleted … but then our sup goes to pull a call and says none of our calls are recording . I don’t know a lot but this sound like a huge legal issue ! All of leadership get fired, goes missing, or disappears ! You can always feel the tension … do not work here

Pros

The company really does promote from within to a point. If you have any college education, and are good with people, you can go far.

Cons

They will never directly admit it, but you can not get past a supervising roll without a college degree. You can essentially run a department for years, but when they officially fill the management role, they will hire outside the company for someone with any degree instead of the person who has the work experience. Without a diploma you will never get a salaried management position in this company. An associates degree in art history will get you further than 20 years experience in customer service.
