Pros
Working with Contech Systems for my first contracting job out of college was a relief for me as I was felt comfort in knowing that I was employed by such an ethical staffing firm. The process of interviewing with Contech and landing a great job was seamless and professional. The connections Contech Systems has in the IT industry is very impressive as well. They are a small yet well established and successful company. All employees that I interacted with at Contech were always very kind and helpful to me!
Cons
I was only able to work with Contech Systems for a short period of time before I was converted to a full time employee at the client's company. I wish I could have been with Contech longer as a contractor.
