It is a very entrepreneurial culture, with a lot of flexibility if you manage your time well. Compensation and incentives are very competitive in the market.
Cons
Consulting work ebbs and flows; you have to get used to weeks that are slammed, contrasted against weeks where work may be slower to come in. It is a very independently wired organization - so you have to be a self-starter.
