Small size and is merginf with a bigger bank

The company wanted to be very involved in most of the communities where they have offices.

The company didn't want to be involved in all the communities where they had offices. There were a couple offices which were geographically removed from the area surrounding the headquarters, and ythey had little interest in supporting those offices.
