Pros

You can bring an umbrella and use it at work Inside.

Cons

For 15 years, the leaking roof has been a serious issue, yet no permanent solutions have been made. Employees shouldn't have to endure a work environment where they bring umbrellas to the office/shop and breathe in toxic black mold. This is not just about aesthetics; it’s about health and well-being. The presence of black mold can significantly affect behavior and overall morale. Investing in a safe and healthy workplace could lead to happier, more productive employees. Instead of complaining about sales, prioritize your team’s health and comfort—replace the roof and eliminate the mold. A healthier environment fosters a more engaged workforce, which ultimately drives sales. It's time to take action for your employees.

Pros

Less than American IAbsolutely zero .

Cons

I have to admit that I am not comfortable disclosing the duration of my employment here, as doing so would likely put me in a precarious position. It's hard to believe, but we are currently navigating an incredibly bizarre and tumultuous situation reminiscent of a poorly written lifetime movie. The owner of the business has seemingly vanished into thin air, leaving behind a chaotic environment after dismissing all of our experienced upper management and his entire family from their positions 17 people total. In their place, a group of 3 inexperienced individuals has stepped in, lacking any real knowledge of the industry or the necessary skills to effectively run any business. It’s almost surreal—like something you’d expect to see in a fictional plot, yet here we are, living through it in real life.
