Pros

The team I was assigned to was quite fun. Lots of benefits and opportunities but if you take their training be prepared to commit for time in the company. People are willing to help you if you ask and if you want, you can learn a lot on your own. Friendly atmosphere. It's good if you want to jump-start your career, but it also provides options if you want to stay for longer time and get involved in bigger projects.

Cons

As every big company has it, lots of it regulations that sometimes impede progress. Lots of meetings to discuss every step of the project. This was not a con for me (as an entry position I learned a lot) but I can see how it can become troublesome later on.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
