Pros

Note: Your experience depends very much on your team/boss (which you have no way of choosing). It also depends on boundaries you establish from the start: if you put in overtime you are 'training' people to expect this of you. I recommend not doing this unless in a situation of real crisis, not management imposed mumbo jumbo measures. - Salary is OK, nice bonuses & benefits, many training programs - Job security is a given - Lots of programs and events for employees, if you are into that

Cons

- Don`t expect to reinvent the wheel, most tasks are mundane and boring - Employees are not evaluated truthfully according to performance; everything is leveled out and promotions/ pay increases are given according to budget

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
