Pros

Flexible program and good as a first job in order to take a taste of the corporate medium

Cons

Extremely poor paying for lots of work especially in certain periods of time, good company as a FIRST JOB but not to stay there more than 6months-1year -> Long term opportunities exists but they are very mediocre and not worth it unless you are satisfied very easily and you are not looking to break your comfort zone; the traditional zombie-corporates type of company

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
