Pros
It has strong processes and huge projects with many employees. There is diversity among the activities they have. The location is offering all one employee needs. There are opportunities for everybody.
Cons
Over time the company changed the employee profile. From quality hiring to quantity hiring. And the lean agile leaders are not using the available tracking mechanisms to evaluate the performance of the employees, many times they give freedom to the employee and trust them that they'll do the right ting, which is dangerous for both the company and the employee performance.
