Pros

Starting in Inbound, you can set your own hours and work fully remote.

Cons

The company is quick to promote from within to fill roles that others have left and slow to compensate down the line once you've been in that role a year or more. Management is always looking at ways to cut corners and one of them is by underpaying people what they're worth, even when their role is vital to the operation of the company. They'll keep expecting more of you without giving much in return other than an additional dollar (or less) per an hour raise per a year, with the mantra "It is what it is" repeated by most of middle management. If you value your time and energy, it'd be best to find work elsewhere.

Pros

Work from home opportunities available.

Cons

Compensation does NOT match the expectations this company asks for, you cannot have your phone out, cannot read. You will be monitored daily and will be graded and have people listening in to you when you’re not on calls, extremely strict on time, 1 minutes late from break? You get a talking to by your supervisor and you will have an attendance point. Breaks have to be scheduled ahead of time, horrible PTO accruement. I would not be unhappy if they weren’t paying $14 an hour, they want maximum effort for minimum wage.
