      - Goede trainingen, gedegen inwerktraject - Bij start direct een auto van de zaak

      Zoals anderen ook al zeiden: - Laag salaris - Gouden bergen worden beloofd op het gebied van bonussen, maar voordat je dit kan bereiken ben je minimaal een jaar onderweg - Hoge werkdruk & KPI's die niet altijd realistisch zijn - Verplicht onbetaald overwerken 1x in de 2 weken (wordt niet verteld in sollicitatieprocedure) - Zeggen geen cv schuivers te zijn maar in de praktijk is dat wel zo - Vriendjespolitiek intern.

      Fully Remote Friendly team including Leadership Direction from Leadership is clear and respectful Very fun offsites/retreats Executive Leadership is extremely transparent Great Benefits Team is very supportive, anything you need to be successful is available to you Management really invests in people and wants them to succeed (programs, tools, etc.)
