Pros
Great work/life balance - even pre-COVID. Get to work with some really talented people. Good healthcare and pension contribution benefits. Some travel opportunity if you're interested however I would advise to ensure that all agreements are in writing before you go! If you're a junior Software Developer it's a good company to gain some experience
Cons
No visibility on where the company is headed - when information actually is given it all seems a bit airy fairy and never comes to anything. If you're a Continuous Software employee you'll never be involved in any discussions regarding the product or customers - all decisions are left to the parent company based in Istanbul. When the team were in the Dublin office - Turkish was continuously spoken between meaning you were always wondering what they were saying and more importantly WHY they needed to talk in Turkish
