Pros

Only confined to this place for 8 hours a day

Cons

Actually, there are way too many to post on this forum. First off, this is the 3rd company name change in 7 years of my employment doing the same customer job, and every vendor just gets worse and worse. The pay is well below average with no cost of living raise in 5 years. They try to accommodate raising with bonuses that are hard to make money from. Between stress from management to meet unrealistic metrics to the belligerent customers you talk to, the attrition rate is alarming. Supervisors, managers and even several directors have left due to excessive disorganization. The building is nasty, with filthy, broken chairs. The computers are ancient and system issues are the norm. I dread coming to work everyday just because the atmosphere is so unprofessional. They will hire anyone that has a voice. Employee loyalty means nothing to them. As long as there is someone in a chair taking a call; that’s all that matters. Some managers and supervisors think because you’re an employee, then you’re ignorant and when you dispute or challenge any of there information, they will call you childish. I don’t ever see this place prospering. Everyday I’m looking for a new job, but employers even look the other way once they see this company on my resume.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Pros

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
