Pros

Most of the supervisors and coaches want to see you succeed. Most of them try their best to make sure you know what you're supposed to be doing and don't treat you like you're stupid for not knowing considering the training you're given. The supervisors and coaches feel like equals and they are willing to teach you. The pay is pretty good as well, that's why a lot of people stay.

Cons

The training is a joke. You learn more by throwing yourself at the calls rather than in training. Asking questions to certain trainers can get you a stern talking to outside of the training environment. You hardly ever know who your supervisor is, some of the resources don't work properly. The systems are always crashing and having issues, it's a miracle if you go a day without a CTI issue.

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
