It's a job and you have an income

Cons

Poor organization and management. Minimum communication with employees. Trainer only cares if you graduate so they can get bonus. High turnover rate. Would not recommend long term.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
