Pros

The interview process was a breeze and was not hard to pass.

Cons

Long hours, training was very unorganized and did not really prepare me for the actually job. It was very rushed so that they could use us to get on calls.

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
