Pros

They send you all equipment (except for headset) Remote Position (no commute!)

Cons

Wages are NOT competitive - even with bonuses (that you won't get as promised) Equipment that I had to replace out of pocket due to it failing (no reimbursement offered) "Life happens and we get that" - no they really don't. If there is any chance at a;; that you might have something happen, a family emergency of any kind or an event like a power outage or ISP replacing their equipment to your are - this is not the company for you - they are not flexible and do not care or show the empathy they preach about to their employees.

Cons

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
