Pros

Enjoyable people to work with Opportunities to move up are possible Great for first-time call center employees.

Cons

Customers are always upset because their bill is wrong or having constant tech issues. Micromanaged to follow a call script and sale for the company. There are no raises whats so ever.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
