Pros

The incentive are GREAT. So far everyone I have had an encounter with has been very pleasant and good energy.

Cons

Make sure when you login make sure you use the correct agent id/station number and make sure you copy and save your notes for proof of work because I signed in wrong and I still haven’t been paid. They found the hours but no one has said anything to me. Other than that I job is GREAT

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
