Pros

Had training in the beginning

Cons

During covid they fired all the newer teams, then when told we could come back I applied multiple times and never got a reply. Months later I get a call saying they’ll sort it out and they never did. Saw my job being advertised for less pay after that.

Great leadership team. Learn on the job. Open door policy.

Cons

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
