Pros

Depends on what manager you get. Fortunately, for me, I had a great manager. She would help out with the calls and sales if needed. She actually had meetings about performance, so that the team would all be on one accord. The pays okay. They just had a pay raise increase.

Cons

Work on weekends, furious customers, back to back calls, bi weekly pay and again the customers

Great leadership team. Learn on the job. Open door policy.

Cons

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
