I wish I could list pros here but there's really none.

Cons

Sure! Great place to work if you enjoy being just a number and love having loads of information thrown at you all at once. Then thrown into Lion’s den with the rest of the poorly trained reps and expected to survive. Ask for help? Good luck because the Supervisor/Support Teams are far outnumbered by the reps. When you finally succumb to your soul being dragged from your body just keep in mind, Continuum Cares!

Great leadership team. Learn on the job. Open door policy.

Cons

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
