Pros

Work from home, rewarding work, benefits, PTO after 6 months, lenient about giving days off, some nice people, OT if you meet production

Cons

Value new people more than experienced agents, Unprofessional, pressure you to get closures (CVS work as a BV Rep), bosses don’t respond, systems don’t work, they expect you to work when their underwhelming systems don’t work, threaten people will lose jobs in team meetings, post everyone’s production in front of everybody, will change what department you work in without notice, no appreciation given and I mean NONE. I worked 100+ hours in 2 weeks and never got any thanks. Supervisors are over worked which adds stress to Reps. 2/5 is friendly. Good short term job til you find something better.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
