Convenience of working from home.

Cons

Long wait time for help when supervisor was needed. Customers wait time too long so by the time we get call customers are verbally abusive to us.

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
