Absolutely nothing good to say about this company

I was hired as a Healthcare Customer Service Rep. I did my paperwork, drug test and background check. I was told after everything cleared that they would call to schedule my equipment shipment and start date. Everything clears, I hear nothing. I give them 2 days as a curtesy. I email them for an update and they tell me they’ve “unfortunately” filled all the training classes and would keep my application on file. I was already hired. Gave you people my information, jumped through my hoops in a timely manner and all of sudden I have no job. These people suck and are beyond unprofessional.

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
