Pros

Training is pretty understandable and easy. Last about 8 weeks, while taking your first few calls they will if need be sit on the line with you to assist you.

Cons

The job is contracted so there’s no raises. You could be on the phones for about 6 months to a year for any average person before actually getting perfect metrics on your calls. You only have 2 breaks that they expect you to take on time even if your on call and you not allow to take it 2 mins before or if the call is long you’ll still be held accountable.

Cons

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
