Pros

A nimble company that truly makes you feel like family. Focused, yet down-to-earth, Continuum is always striving and succeeding to innovate and build revenue in new ways in the tv space, while still having the conscientiousness to remember and care for the hard working folks that put it in its position to succeed in the first place. Receptive upper management, rock-solid morals, tons of potential.

Cons

Could be interpreted as a pro or con depending on personal goals, but as a small company, your presence will be felt as a contributor, as there is no fading into the background in a small organization. You are in control of the impact you will have!

Pros

Opportunities to grow and take ownership over your work and establish new processes as the company develops. Friendly people, Denver has a great office space/amenities. International collaboration with colleagues in the UK. Profitable company that offers job security and rewards high performance. -Hybrid format - 2 days remote / 3 days in-office each week -Exceptional Benefits -Employee Profit Sharing -Competitive Compensation -Vacation Stipend -Casual Dress Code -1-to-1 401k matching up to 5% with Immediate Vesting -Unlimited PTO

Cons

Navigating a changing industry. Broadcast and Cable TV are changing dramatically, and making one's way through those changes requires diplomacy and persuasion in getting employees, industry partners, and customers to adapt and change engrained behaviors. Some employees and inventory partners in particular are particularly resistant to this change, but the more we collectively view this as an opportunity to grow, not an obstacle to our comfort/status quo, we will enable ourselves to more successfully navigate the changes coming to our industry. Professionalism could be elevated by a handful of employees. Commenting on religion, politics, or other personal matters too freely can make other colleagues uncomfortable. No job is perfect, but if you have realistic expectations for work, it's hard to imagine much improvement here.
