Pros

It’s a job..? None to think of TBH

Cons

Avoid if you care about your reputation, being honest and not being gaslighted. It was so bad for everyone on the team and management is only concerned about things that don’t really drive sales or matter in the slightest. They talk about how they’re a “family” but talk crap about each other every chance they get. If you’re in Denver and suck up to the right loser (which there are 3), you’re golden. Avoid if your reputation matters to you. They will use you, mentally abuse you and then threaten to fire you when they don’t like what you say. Also, beware of making good commission because there will be side comments that take away your joy and achievements. Also, there is barely any diversity, culture is toxic and you have to pretend to be happy.

Pros

Opportunities to grow and take ownership over your work and establish new processes as the company develops. Friendly people, Denver has a great office space/amenities. International collaboration with colleagues in the UK. Profitable company that offers job security and rewards high performance. -Hybrid format - 2 days remote / 3 days in-office each week -Exceptional Benefits -Employee Profit Sharing -Competitive Compensation -Vacation Stipend -Casual Dress Code -1-to-1 401k matching up to 5% with Immediate Vesting -Unlimited PTO

Cons

Navigating a changing industry. Broadcast and Cable TV are changing dramatically, and making one's way through those changes requires diplomacy and persuasion in getting employees, industry partners, and customers to adapt and change engrained behaviors. Some employees and inventory partners in particular are particularly resistant to this change, but the more we collectively view this as an opportunity to grow, not an obstacle to our comfort/status quo, we will enable ourselves to more successfully navigate the changes coming to our industry. Professionalism could be elevated by a handful of employees. Commenting on religion, politics, or other personal matters too freely can make other colleagues uncomfortable. No job is perfect, but if you have realistic expectations for work, it's hard to imagine much improvement here.
