      Pros

      Competitive pay, Adequate benefits. 401k. The CEO is nice but is unaware of the actions of his middle managers.

      Cons

      Complete lack of support from management. Completely absent Area Director, incompetent site manager. They speak about partnerships but there is no partnership when you need support. HR is support is also a joke. The only way they get one star is because zero is not an option.

      Pros

      I work in a skilled nursing facility. The staff is just so great to work with. The rehab director is very good. One of the best I have worked with. Salary is good.

      They need more computers available for the staff.
