      the marketing team although understaffed is doing the best they can with what they have.

      There is no leadership, no direction, high turnover, very poor communication, and a siloed work environment throughout the company.

      Pros

      Contour is very close-knit and becomes more like family due to the small number of employees. There is room to grow if you put in the work. Travel opportunities in some really cool places. Great benefits. Dog friendly!

      Cons

      Sometimes a laid back environment isn't for everyone. You need to have self discipline / a self-starter mentality here.
